Information on this website is provided, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), about what data we collect about you, why and in what way we use your data, how your rights with regard to the personal data used by us are protected and how you can exercise these rights with us in accordance with GDPR.

Privacy Policy and Consent

By sending an inquiry, a question, a reply to the contact form or an email, you grant us your consent to the processing of your personal data provided for the purpose of reply to your inquiry. Based on such consent, Pajerová Sedláčková ADVOKÁTKY s.r.o. as the controller processes your personal data in accordance with the conditions laid down below.

Extent of the Processing of Your Data

Based on your consent, the controller will be processing the data provided (in particular your name, email, telephone number and other data provided, if any) where the purpose of the processing of such data is namely the processing of a reply to your question, inquiry or interest shown in the services provided by the controller. Your personal data are being processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”).

Period for Which Your Data Will Be Processed

The Controller will process your data for a period absolutely necessary, however, for maximum 3 years of the date of sending the form, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Withdrawal of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data which has been voluntarily provided anytime and free of charge by sending an email at info@advokatky.cz and you may contact the controller at the same email address anytime. For the controller’s contact details, please go to Contacts. By withdrawal of the consent, the legitimacy of the processing based on the consent given prior to such withdrawal will not be concerned.

Persons Having Access to Your Personal Data

The controller, its employees and, if applicable and to the extent absolutely necessary, third parties – processors who have provided appropriate safeguards and whose processing complies with all GDPR requirements and who will provide adequate protection of your rights and your data will have access to your data. These third parties include namely the controller’s IT specialists. We do not share your personal data with anyone else.

Your Rights Relating to the Protection of Your Data, Including the Right to Complain

You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent, rectify or complete your data, restrict the processing, file an objection or complaint against the data processing, request transmission of data, access to your data, be informed about data breaches, erase the data and other rights provided by GDPR. The controller may request proof of your identity for the purpose of restricting access to your data by unauthorized persons.
