I have been working as an attorney-at-law for a long time, I have seen advocacy developing in time and I still think that my profession is attractive and varied. I find it rewarding when I can help to solve a problem, make a difficult transaction run smoothly and dispel concerns. I enjoy harmonizing, in all organizational and legal respects, the very last details of a process where the parties initially have had different or even opposing ideas, and where we have been able to find an ideal solution, step by step. Thanks to my knowledge of economic aspects and tax issues, I can show the necessary context to my clients.

To me, advocacy is a rewarding mission and a constant challenge. I keep following the latest trends to use them in my clients’ favor. In my cases, I can both utilize the experience from my longstanding practice of advocacy and offer new options. What I appreciate in our team is the precision, promptness and ability to focus on the practical aspects when solving cases. In my “heart” family law cases, I always keep in mind how sensitive the matters are and I know that my confidence and experience are essential for the client here.

With each client comes their life story, which is also one of the reasons why I choose a very personal approach to the clients. I always try to listen to their needs, to become one with their vision and to reflect the vision into the right sections and articles of laws. For me, legal assistance is more of a mission than an ordinary job. I became fascinated by advocacy already during my study practice and I am sure I will remain devoted to it. Honest and fair dealing with my clients is extremely important to me.

An effective approach in my client’s interest is always my priority. My relationships with clients are built on openness and trust. I have realized a long time ago that there are no model solutions for the clients’ individual needs, and this is also the crux of my approach to each individual case, whether it is a family dispute or a business matter.

For me, the origin of the word advocatus meaning called or summoned (French) perfectly expresses my role in your story. In my professional practice, I seek the personal dimension. I want the provision of legal services to be a real help for you. I responsibly weigh all details and consequences of the solution. I never treat a case as a routine. Whether it is a business matter or a family situation, law is all about people, and that is how I approach my cases. Effectively, individually, and with sensitivity.

The legal profession is an extremely diverse field, encompassing virtually every area of law, and at the same time, it is inextricably
linked to helping clients. Addressing both the joyful and more challenging situations in their lives is valuable experience for me, and I would like to continue developing and improving in this area. You and I will most often interact when I assist you with civil and commercial law matters.

I enjoy the variety of working in the legal profession—no two cases are ever the
same. Each one is a new challenge that requires combination of legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and empathy. What I find most fulfillingis seeing the real impact of my work;
it helps people resolve situations they are unable to handle on their own.

I have chosen a field that brings many challenges every day. I see law as a tool to help clients in their specific life situations, which is why I seek solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical. Working with legal articles actually offers a range of creative approaches and
a unique perspective on each case. In the future, I also want to further develop my skills in mediation, which I consider a meaningful
path to conflict resolution, especially in situations where it is important to maintain functional relationships going forward.

To me, legal work is not just strict sections and articles of laws, but also a combination of business, psychology, good verbal skills, logical thinking and attentive judgment. Except for legal activities, I help to organize the running of our office to make everything work efficiently and without time lapses. I have been working for this law office for many years and I am very pleased with the loyalty of our clients who come back to us.

Although my line of work as a lawyer is not advocacy per se, I sticked to the branches of law I like and enjoy working in. I try to give pragmatic advice to each of my clients and to find a solution which does not prolong the client’s dispute with the counterparty. I have known most of my clients for several years and the relationships of trust is what I appreciate most.

My financial and accounting skills are extremely useful both in the running of our office and in the provision of services to our clients, since many of them need legal advice in combination with economic and tax advice. I like my line of work as it links the precision of numbers with the stories hidden behind them and it is anything but boring.
